How to get started
1. Download the apps
The apps are available for iOS and Android using the links above. We recommend using the mobile app because it’s so easy to use and gives you access on the go, but you can also go to the Church Center web app. The features are the same in the mobile and web apps.
2. Log in
(ON MOBILE)
You’ll only have to do these steps the first time you open the app!
Search for “Grace City Church” (if you’re not in Waterloo or Rockdale, you might need to add “Sydney” in the location search bar below the church name search)
Select Grace City Church, confirm by tapping This is my church
Tap Next to agree to the terms of service and privacy policy
(ON WEB)
When you’ve opened Church Center in your browser, select Log in at the top right corner of the page.
Next, you’ll be prompted to enter your phone number (or email if you prefer). Enter the six-digit code you receive back via text (or email if you chose that option). If you already have a profile in Planning Center, you’ll be asked to verify your name. If you don’t already have a profile, you can create one at this point by adding your name and email!
How to get Connected
Once you have downloaded or opened the app and logged in, you’ll be able to take advantage of all sorts of features. Here are some of the most commonly used sections:
Home
The main Home tab is currently under construction, but from there you can find the button to take you back to your profile.
Profile
Your profile is where most of the key information that you will want lives. When you’re logged in, you can tap/click on your profile icon in the top right corner to verify and update your contact information. In this profile view, you can also view your serving schedule, add unavailabilities, view and chat with your CG group, event registrations, and giving information (coming soon). If you don’t already have a profile photo, feel free to upload one and it would be fantastic if you kept your birthday, phone number, email address and home address up to date through this section as well!
Bottom Navigation
The bottom navigation in the app will evolve over time and will include things like special events, giving, and other pertinent information that you may need as an active member of Grace City.
